Latest in ALR News Attention! New Mileage Reimbursement Rate! (as of Jan 1, 2011) The mileage reimbursement rate for officers increased to $0.555 (not a typo, 0.55 and a half cents) per mile. If you are making your mileage reimbursement checks to officers based on old rate of $0.51, your check will be for too small an amount, possibly making your subpoena susceptible to a motion to quash.
